Which size should I choose?

Measure your pet curled up as they would sit in the bag — length from chest to tail base, and height while sitting — then compare against the bag dimensions above.
The supplier gives these measurements with a tolerance of ±1 cm, and suggests Small for pets up to about 4 kg and Medium for about 4–8 kg. Those weights are the supplier's guidance, not a tested load rating, so treat them as a starting point rather than a limit.
Can I mix designs in the pair?
Yes. Choose a design and a size for each bag independently — two Bees, a Dino and a Rabbit, one Small and one Medium, whatever you like. The two-tote price is 20% off both bags, applied automatically in the cart, so you save 20% against buying the same two separately.
How does shipping work?
US standard shipping is free on this tote, in either size, including the two-tote pair. Other destinations use the store's usual rates, shown at checkout.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before they ship, and our shipping policy asks you to allow 7–15 days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Read the shipping policy.
What if it isn't right?
Email us within 30 days of delivery, with the item unused and in its original packaging, and we will arrange an exchange or a refund. You cover the return postage. If it arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, that one is ours — we replace or refund it in full and you pay no postage either way. Read the refund policy.
How do I clean it?
The supplier does not publish care instructions for this item, so we would rather not guess at a washing method. Ask us at dasnisanchandra@gmail.com and we will check with them before you wash it.
