We don't run a size calculator. A calculator would take two numbers off you and hand back a guess with a confident font on it. Instead, this page has the manufacturer's own measurements for every piece that has them, and says plainly where a piece has none.
Start here: the one rule
If you are between two sizes, take the larger one. Sizing down does not give you more shaping. It gives you a waistband that rolls, seams that press in, and a piece you stop reaching for.
There is one exception, and it is the Women's Bandeau Bra. A strapless bra holds on through the band, not the shoulders, so it should sit tighter than you would normally choose. On that one, take the smaller size.
The four numbers
Use a soft tape. Keep it level. Don't pull it tight — let it sit against you.
- Under bust — around your ribcage, directly beneath your bust. Snug. This is the number the bras are built on.
- Over bust — around the fullest part, loose. The difference between this and your under bust is your cup: about 1" = A, 2" = B, 3" = C, 4" = D, 5" = DD.
- Waist — at its narrowest, usually just above the navel.
- Hips — around the fullest part, feet together.
Two pieces are sized on something else instead: the Women's Invisible Brief goes by your height, and the Men's Support Tank goes by your weight.

This one is sized on height, not waist. The knit stretches through the waist and hip, so the length of the rise is what actually decides the fit.

The manufacturer supplies height-based guidance only. It does not provide waist or hip fit ranges, so we cannot reliably recommend a size from your measurements.
Women's Sheer Lace Thong
Lace has a lot of give, so the manufacturer measures the waistband laid flat and unstretched across the front — not around your body. Measure your waist where the thong will sit, halve that number, and find the closest row.

The manufacturer publishes figures for S, M and L only. Fit measurements for XL are not available, and we would rather say so than print a number we invented. The lace stretches well beyond its flat measurement either way.
Shaping

This piece has a bra built into it, so it is sized on body weight and cup together rather than a band measurement.

If your weight and your cup point at two different sizes, go with the cup. The body of the piece has far more stretch than the built-in cup does.

Go by weight — it is the most reliable guide for a compression layer. The garment figures are the piece measured flat and unstretched, so double them to compare against your own measurements.

Where the manufacturer publishes no measurements
The Women's High-Waist Shaping Shorts and the Women's Seamless Bodysuit are pieces our manufacturer publishes no measurements for. Until measurements are available, we would rather say so than print a table we made up.
What we can tell you:
- Women's High-Waist Shaping Shorts — sizes come paired: XS/S, M/L, XL/XXL, then 3XL and 4XL on their own. Each pair is built to cover both sizes in it. If you sit at the top of a pair, or between two pairs, take the larger pair for all-day comfort and the smaller for a firmer hold. It is a strongly compressive piece with a boned waistband, so comfort is usually the right call.
- Women's Seamless Bodysuit — runs XS to XXXL on a standard ladder. It is a one-piece with adjustable straps, so the torso length adjusts to you and the smoothing comes from the knit rather than the cut. Size it the way you would a fitted swimsuit, and take the larger of two.
