Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days before they ship.

- Hong Kong, Standard: HK$26
- Hong Kong, Express: HK$78
- International, Standard tracked: HK$50

Free standard shipping on orders of US$100 or more.

Delivery estimates

LYNE ships your order through our manufacturing partner, who dispatches it directly to you. Allow 7-15 days after dispatch. Hong Kong orders usually arrive sooner. Express delivery is available within Hong Kong only.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier and customs delays are outside our control, but your order is our responsibility from the moment you place it until it reaches you. If anything goes wrong, contact us and we will sort it out.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout. Depending on where you live, your carrier may charge them on delivery. If that happens, send us the invoice and we will refund it up to the value of your shipping.
