Sizing & fit

How do I choose my size?

Measure, don’t guess. Shapewear sits closer to the body than normal clothing, so the size you wear in jeans isn’t always the size you need here.

Every size chart we have is on one page: Find your fit. Start there. It carries every measurement the manufacturer publishes, and it tells you which number actually decides the size — because that changes by piece. The bras go on band and cup, the Women's Mesh Bodysuit on weight and cup, the Women's Invisible Brief on height, the Men's Support Tank on weight. Each chart also sits on its own product page if you are already looking at one.

Some pieces have no published measurements from the manufacturer. We say so rather than invent a table. Any time you’re unsure, measure your bust, waist and hip and send us those numbers along with the piece you want. We can explain published product measurements and tell you where information is missing. We cannot confirm fit when suitable measurements are unavailable. Exchanges stay open for 30 days.

I’m between two sizes. Which do I take?

Take the larger size. Sizing down does not give you more shaping — it gives you a waistband that rolls, seams that dig, and a piece you stop reaching for. Comfort is what makes shapewear work.

There is one exception: the Women's Bandeau Bra. A strapless bra holds on through the band rather than the shoulders, so on that one, take the smaller size.

Should it feel tight?

Firm, not painful. You should be able to breathe deeply, sit down comfortably, and forget you’re wearing it within a few minutes. Pinching, numbness or red marks that don’t fade mean the size is wrong — not that you need to get used to it.

Compression

What do Light, Medium and Strong mean?

They describe how much the fabric holds, not how much it changes you.

Light — smooths the line of your clothing. Everyday, all-day, barely-there.
Medium — defined support with real comfort. The one most people want.
Strong — firm, sculpted hold for occasions when you want it.

Not every piece has a manufacturer-stated level yet. Ask us before you order and we’ll check the spec for you rather than guess at it.

Materials & care

How should I wash it?

Cold wash, gentle cycle, inside a mesh bag if you have one. Hang or lay flat to dry. Never tumble dry, iron, bleach or dry clean — heat destroys the stretch fibres that do the actual work, and once they’re gone they don’t come back.

Will it lose its shape?

Not if you keep it away from heat. Washed cold and air-dried, the knit recovers its shape after every wear. Two pieces in rotation last considerably longer than one worn daily.

Orders & shipping

Where do you ship and what does it cost?

Processing times and rates are listed on our shipping policy. If you want to check we ship to your country before ordering, ask us and we will confirm.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Message us as soon as you can. If it hasn’t been packed yet we’ll change or cancel it; once it’s with the carrier we can’t recall it, but we’ll help you sort it out when it arrives.

Returns & exchanges

What’s your returns policy?

We offer both exchanges and refunds within 30 days of delivery. Email us with a screenshot of your order and what the issue is, and we reply within 3 business days with the address to send it back to — please wait for that address before you post anything.

Items must be unworn and unused, with tags and the hygiene liner intact, in their original packaging. Return postage is yours. On an exchange, the postage on the replacement is also yours, and we will tell you the cost before we send it. On a refund, we return the full amount you paid — including the shipping you paid at checkout — to your original payment method once the item reaches us.
